My Role

I designed more than 12 features in a span of 8 months but for today, I’m showcasing 2 major features that had impact on revenue growth for Flowcode.

Chapter 1 - About Project

Project Introduction

Context

Asset-level Tagging is a new feature that will allow creators to tag codes or pages with characteristic information. This feature is being built so we can build a foundation for robust organizational, analytical and personalized experiences within the platform for majorly our enterprise members.

Chapter 2 - Research

Understanding what, how and when people need

Our team at Flowcode was receiving feedbacks from our Enterprise Members and Pro Members. I had access to look at the data and understand what our users want.

Chapter 3 - Exploration

Early Sketches

After many critics and reviews with managers and leadership team, I started with lo-fidelity wireframes to do quick iterations, off of the thoughtful feedback received.

Chapter 4 - Solution

Review & Refine

We explored two different approaches for the tagging system: a simple keyword tagging system and a more structured system with predefined categories. Iterative feedback loops were crucial during this stage, ensuring our design remained user-centric and achievable.

Chapter 5 - Solution

Working Prototype

Through internal reviews and stakeholder testing, we chose the keyword tagging approach, as it offered greater flexibility and aligned better with users’ existing workflows.
